| City Minds at White Hart Clinic We treat individuals not symptoms: All the services, except for counselling, are delivered through City Minds, a company that specializes in hypnotherapy, CBT and solution-focused therapy.
The rapidly changing demands of today’s society has led to the development of brief strategies for lasting change and these form one of the fundamental principles of our work. A unique service, City Minds is designed to bring excellence to therapy. Our therapists are of a uniformly high standard and accreditation. City Minds methods are proven to create beneficial change and are flexible and adaptable in meeting the needs of individuals. City Minds therapists provide a combination of solution-focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and hypnotherapy.
Its aim is to bring about lasting change by teaching people how to build solutions rather than to simply solve problems.
With CBT, you learn practical ways of tackling your problems and learn to make positive changes to the way you experience your life.
It is a natural and effective technique for accessing the subconscious mind – unleashing potential, changing unwanted habits and behaviours, dealing with trauma and stress and finding solutions to problems and concerns.
Together you look at behaviour patterns of behaviour, thoughts and ways of caring with strong emotions which may be destructive to yourself or others. It is hard to make changes unless you understand why you behave the way you do. Through counselling you can gain more self-awareness and learn to live life with more of an idea of who you are and what you want.
